PickMaster 3 test setup has been successfully operating for several weeks.

The setup includes an IRB 120 with two small belt conveyors and a color camera. The conveyor speeds are variable. The lighting is adjusted individually to the different test products and includes various LED light sources.

The system allows us to optimize or create new recognition models of productive PickMaster installations without disrupting the production for a long time.
